Please read the following terms before booking a treatment.
Last updated: June 2026
All new clients are required to attend a consultation prior to their first treatment. Consultations allow Sarah to assess your suitability for treatment, discuss your goals, explain the procedure and answer any questions you may have. Consultations are carried out without obligation.
Written informed consent is required before any treatment is carried out. This includes a full medical history and details of any medications you are currently taking. You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies or changes to your health since your last appointment. Treatment may be refused or postponed if Sarah considers it to be in your best interest on medical or clinical grounds.
We ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit being required for future bookings.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Treatment prices are provided during your consultation and are confirmed before any treatment begins. Prices may be subject to change. Payment is required on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
We accept bank transfer, card payment and cash. Detailed pricing for each treatment is available on the individual treatment pages of this website.
Aftercare advice will be provided following every treatment. It is your responsibility to follow the aftercare instructions given. Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect your results and could increase the risk of complications. If you have any concerns following a treatment, please contact us immediately.
Results vary from person to person and are influenced by factors such as skin type, age, lifestyle and individual response to treatment. Sarah will provide honest, realistic expectations during your consultation. No guarantee of specific results is given or implied.
Before and after photographs may be taken for clinical records. These images are stored securely and will never be shared publicly without your explicit written consent.
All aesthetic treatments carry a degree of risk. Potential risks and side effects will be explained to you in full before treatment begins and are detailed on your consent form. Sarah is trained in complication management and is registered with CMAC (Complications in Medical Aesthetic Collaborative). In the unlikely event of a complication, Sarah will provide appropriate care and follow-up at no additional cost.
Sarah reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if she considers it to be in the client's best interest. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where treatment is clinically inappropriate, where informed consent cannot be obtained, or where a client attends their appointment under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
All clients must be aged 18 or over to receive aesthetic treatments. Proof of age may be requested.
We are committed to providing the highest standard of care. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please contact us at info@aestheticsbysarahwilliams.com or call 07889 701744. All complaints will be taken seriously and responded to promptly.
Aesthetics by Sarah Williams is fully insured for all treatments offered. Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided. We are not liable for any adverse reactions that result from failure to disclose relevant medical information or failure to follow aftercare advice.
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
